Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.
Waterspump.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-8:00 pm (PST).
Orders placed after 8:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 10:00 am the following Monday.
Orders are not processed on weekends.
2.Where do we ship from?
Our warehouse address is 3514 Yeoman Ave, Vancouver, Washington, and your Bra Rack products will be dispatched from there once your order is placed.
We have opted to exclusively serve customers within the United States.
This decision is rooted in our commitment to allocate our limited resources and time toward delivering the finest services and products to our U.S. customer base.
At present, our services are confined to the U.S. market.
3.What is our Shipping Cost?
For all orders within the United States, we will utilize Standard Shipping.
Orders that exceed $20 per order qualify for free shipping.
Orders under $20 will incur a shipping fee of $5.
The shipping duration ranges from 5-12 business days.
4.Our Delivery Time
Our delivery timeframe spans from 6-15 business days.

5.About the packaging
Our Bra Rack will be meticulously encased in waterproof plastic bags.
This protection ensures that the items remain safeguarded against moisture and environmental factors, maintaining their quality and condition.
6.Order Tracking
Once your Bra Rack products have been shipped, we will forward the courier company’s name and the tracking number to your provided email address.
Additionally, you can retrieve the courier company’s name and the tracking number from the “account order details” section on our website.
7.Sign for receipt
