1. Order Cancellation

Once your payment is successfully processed, you can monitor the status of your order through your account’s order details.

If you wish to cancel an order, you have a window of 1 hour from the time of placement to do so.

After this 1-hour period, the order will proceed to the packing process.

Please note that once an order is packed, it cannot be canceled.

We appreciate your understanding regarding our order operational processes.

2. What if the Bra Rack is damaged in transit?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving damaged or imperfect Bra Rack products (such as scratches, deformation, etc.).

Please reach out to us by sending an email to [email protected].

We will arrange to send you a replacement product promptly.

3. How long are returns valid for?

Our returns are valid until 14 natural days after the Bra Rack products arrives.

If you have received the Bra Rack products for more than 14 natural days, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

4. About return shipping costs

(1) In the case of a return request due to a quality issue with the Bra Rack product (such as scratches, deformation, etc.), Waterspump.com will cover the shipping costs.

(2) If the return is initiated for personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, change of mind, etc.), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that we do not impose re-listing fees.

5. How do I return the product?

For products purchased from Waterspump.com, you have the right to initiate returns within 14 natural days from the date of receiving the Bra Rack.

To initiate a return for an item, please follow these steps:

(1) Contact our customer service through email to request a return.

(2) Initiate a return through the account order details page.

Simply log in to your account and navigate to the account order details section to initiate a return request.

Waterspump.com’s customer service hours are from Monday-Friday, 10:00 am-8:00 pm (PST).

The processing time for return orders is 1-3 business days.

Any orders placed after 8:00 pm on a Friday will be processed starting from 10:00 am on the following Monday.

Please note that orders are not processed during weekends.

Here are the requirements for Bra Rack returns:

(1) The Bra Rack products must have been purchased from Waterspump.com.

(2) Bra Rack products can be returned or exchanged within 14 natural days.

(3) The Bra Rack should be in new condition.

(4) Returns for Bra Rack products can be facilitated for non-human-caused quality issues (such as scratches, deformation, etc.) that occur during product use.

(5) The original label and outer packaging of the product should be intact.

To ensure a prompt refund process, please send a return notification email to [email protected] and include the following information:

-Name of the courier company.

-Tracking number.

6. Refund Amount

Upon receipt of the returned Bra Rack at Waterspump.com’s warehouse and its successful inspection, the refund process will be initiated.

The refund amount will be credited back to your payment account within 1-2 business days.

Please note that the exact timeframe for the refund depends on your chosen payment method.
